The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute consultation with our board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your health goals and begin developing your personalized plan.
We are proud to offer our services to residents of Connecticut, New York, New Mexico, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. Due to licensing restrictions, we are unable to serve clients outside of these states at this time.
Telehealth consultations are conducted via video call, allowing you to connect with our healthcare professionals from the comfort of your home. You’ll receive personalized advice and support just as you would in an in-person visit.
We offer customized weight loss plans that may include diet and exercise recommendations, prescription medications (if appropriate), nutritional supplements, and other wellness strategies tailored to your needs.
